"I own a small business so reviews of important to me. I needed to call road assistance yesterday and found that I needed a new battery. I called Advance Auto Parts to make sure they had one for my car before I went down. I spoke to Chris when I first called then I went down to have my battery replaced. I found out that the corrosion was beyond just a top of the battery it was at the bottom as well and Chris and James had to remove all the corrosion so that they can get the battery out. It took them a while and I really appreciated the fact that they stuck with it and didn't complain at all. I am very grateful that they were able to get my new battery in and I was back on the road."

"This Store refuses Returns if you purchased your items from another store. I tried to return something bought from the Spartanburg Sc Location & they told me there was a problem with my Receipt. This has happened twice. I took the item’s back to the Location I purchased from & there wasn’t a problem with the Receipt & they did the Return with No Problem!So the Employee lied & just didn’t want to honor the Return from a different Location!!!"

"The employees here are so friendly. My son was taking his driving test at the DMV across the street and right before the test, we realized that one of his front blinkers didn't work. We dashed over to this store and told the Advanced Auto employees our situation and they not only got me the correct blinker but helped my son and I change it out in record time so he wouldn't be late to his appointment. They even wished him good luck as we dashed out the door. Such great customer service. Thank you!"
