"Had a scheduled oil change for 3pm. Wasn't out of there till about 4:20. Excuse was they did not have a lift available, and did not have an in ground bay for oil changes. When something is scheduled ahead of time, I see no excuse why something wasn't available. If it's a simple oil change, brake service or anything I would recommend going here unless u want to wait around for over an hour. Was not impressed with the customer service."
