"Used to be a loyal customer. No longer. I had a dash cam installed in my 2022 Tacoma through Rogers Stereo. within nine months it stopped working. They then charged me $165 diagnostic fee, even though they quoted me $150, to tell me the camera is bad. They want me to pay ANOTHER $150 to install just the back camera when it comes in. All-in-all, if I used them again, I would be onto them for $550 for a $300 dash cam. Moral of the story, use Toyota dealership, because at least there they will not nickel and dime you! No more business for Roger's."

Prior to his arrival, Fred texted his photo so that I knew who to expect. After the service, Fred contacted me by phone and text to arrange for the prompt return of the cart. On arrival, it had been washed and cleaned as a bonus and they even placed the Spider Man bubbles right back where my kids left them.
