"Took my car on December 21st. Was not informed they run over 20 cars behind when we took our time to bring it. Waited on a phone call back until January 9th. It's understandable with the holidays but the final straw was when I called on the 9th he said he needed to "move computers" and he would call me right back. Never called back. Gave him several more days before deciding to review. I've been without my car since December 16th. They had such good reviews I didn't want to be inpatient. But it's not how customer service works. No communication unless I called them. Had he even said "I'm sorry we're behind" I wouldn't have left the review. But just be warned if you choose to take your car here. We've just had to give up and try other places, one of which had the qoute 2 days later."
