"When I called in to get serviced. I was greeted by a lady who was accommodating and I felt went over and beyond. However, I was promised a call back to the day before my appt. To let me know if I needed to get a rental or not. I never received a call back and was apprehensive. So, I called a little after five that same day and never received a callback. I called again that morning. I spoke with Theresa. She was so pleasant and helpful! I overall give it a 5 Star experience. Everyone has a bad day and was told it was a busy day and they apologized.
