"My family ordered me this arrangement for my graduation and it was delivered with strawberries that had gone bad and were moldy. The store has inaccurate hours and I wasted my time trying to pick up the order Sunday just to find out they never opened nor did they prepare the order. The manager there is non existent and has never called us back this whole week. They are completely unprofessional and risked compromising my entire family’s health. I hope they get a visit from the department of health to save others from eating rotten fruit. What a shame it is for an organization to cover rotten fruit with chocolate thinking we’d not notice and eat it. Please save your money and time. This organization does not deserve your business nor your support."

"If you want to eat MOLD order from here! You pay to dollar to receive old fruit that has gone bad and they try to cover it with chocolate so you don’t know. Oh and if you want to get a refund for them attempting to put your family’s life at risk that’s a funny joke! We’ve called corporate over a dozen times and the store itself as well. The store tried to convince us that the mold was fuzz from the teddy bear. The “manager” from corporate and the store was supposed to call us 5 different times yet we never heard from them. Save your money and your health."

"Do not ever order from this location. They told my husband that they didnt look at online orders and canceled alot of orders because they have too many. They called to say this at 940am and our pickup time was 9am AND we were on our way there to pick it up. Then we called back because we were still charged and told "we're not doing arrangements with bananas today and have too many orders others got canceled so sorry I guess" like what? He placed this orders days prior! Do yourself a favor dont bother with them, amazed corporate allows this location to operate this way."
