"Took my truck up there to have the park brake fixed. After waiting 4 hours in the lobby I was told my truck had been ready 2 hours prior. They then informed me that my door had been damaged as they pulled my truck off the lift but that they would fix it. Upon getting home that evening I found that the park brake had not been fixed in the first place. Returning the next day to have the brake (and now door) fixed they told me the parts would be there that afternoon. 5 days later I still had not heard anything so I called, they told me my truck was ready. Little to no communication from them throughout the whole process. Upon inspection of my vehicle the dents in the door had been somewhat pulled and the bent door jam had been barely bent back and painted over. When I asked about this they stated that “it wasn’t a big deal because it’s a work truck.” The door should have been replaced. I will NEVER take my truck to or buy another vehicle from these guys."
