"No Stars! Horrible product, customer service staff is unprofessional and not the least bit helpful. They play games when you call. Their choice of flower vendor in my area is extremely questionable. Twice burned and nobody is listening or cares. Best bet is to find a local florist in the area you wish to have flowers sent and read their reviews."
