"Worst business I have proof they take your money. This company changed our dates twice to drop off the container at the port which resulted it being in storage for a month. MSC owns the container. ATA freight lines charged us a fee for them being charged by MSC because I was able to prove they were at fault. Now our container is not being released until we pay part of those charges when they were at fault. We have not received any charges by MSC so why do we have to make another payment after we payed ata freight lines already. But they have the power to hold the container and demand we pay them for those fees that they are being charged by MSC. I have messages to proof we are not at fault taking this to the bureau for investigation."
