"Went here for prior years taxes and never had any trouble when using Debbie or Wendy… However now that they are no longer there it’s completely different.. There is a complete lack of experience and communication. I’ve talked with the manager twice and was told she couldn’t help me only the agent that filed for us could and I’d have to wait on him to come in to call me. They don’t call you back about issues and it’s Very obvious agents need a lot more training it’s bad when I go in there knowing more about how to do their jobs than they do! I do not recommend this branch to anyone."

"I would not like to return to Hartwell, Ga office in particular but as a company I will return just in a different location. Hartwell location scheduled me for an appointment 2 days after I dropped off my information. I showed up for my appointment but my paperwork was not ready or my tax prepper was not even there. Another lady in the office finished it up for me. They could have called me to reschedule before I showed up for my appointment. This office is unorganized."
