"Have been searching for a fender patch for weeks and it turned out that Year One had the part. I honestly think I purchased one of the last in the country. At the time of this review, Year One has moved locations and is in the process of resetting. All of the individuals I spoke to on the phone were very friendly and they helped me organize a pick up time for the part. I was an hour late and I believe it was Kevin who opened the door and found my part. Very appreciative of the business, I will definitely do business with them again as I need."

"I ordered a quarter panel, it had rust on it and a section cut out. The part I really needed. Every edge was smooth except the corner I needed. It was rugged like it was cut with a cutting wheel. I was offered a partial refund and I responded back to accept it. But 2 days later and no response nor money back in my account"
