"Disappointed at this beautiful facade of a building . Venti first of all seems as if it shrunk. But also customer service has taken a dive. We all have bad days, but this seemed like so much more! This store smelled like old milk and vomit…. No joke was bad. A smile or maybe a fake one could have lifted this place up… but it didn’t happen :("
