Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

"The food is great, and the bread sticks are too popular cause it takes so long to get some in the bar area. Whoever came up with having one person doing three responsibilities in the bar area needs to try it out for a couple of weeks, and they will understand why I have this low opinion of eating at the bar. Bar tender, waitress, and dish / silverware pickup and table cleaning to boot. I've never liked sitting at the bar, but it always seems to be the 15 hostesses always want to seat me in that area. Why does Olive Garden have so many hostesses? Can anyone tell me? Teamwork is not a thing practiced here, why do I say that? Well, why don't the other 14 hostesses walk around to help keep the coffee cups / drink glasses full instead of leaving it all up to the waitress to Earn their tips? "Maybe" ? Remember, this " IS " my opinion based on having experienced/ observed it several times. Why don't the Mgr and 14 hostesses walk around the restaurant, especially the bar area, and practice Teamwork?"

"We had Mac (McKenzie) and she is absolutely wonderful! She is every single time we love her and everytime we come back we hope to get her the food is always hot and delicious but she makes it a 5 star experience give her a raise!!"

"The check-in was quick and efficient. Checked on and first round of drinks ordered and delivered fast. The food was good for everyone, but the sweet tea was overly too sweet. My only complaint was just walking in the door and overwhelmed by the odd odor."

"We went to Olive Garden for bday celebration in August. Arrived at approximately 4pm. Restaurant was pretty empty. As soon as we walked in, a very unpleasant smell hit all of us. We had a party of 6 and everyone noted the smell inside of this particular restaurant. Something between a mixture of cleaning chemicals and something else. For that I only give 2 stars to atmosphere rating. We were seated immediately. Our server was the best server ever! Very kind, refilling our drinks, always available to assist. 5star service! Food was decent. Only complaint on food was house salad soaked up in a dressing. It was almost like a soup on the bottom of salad bowl. Other dishes were spot on! Not sure if i will be coming back, since as we walked out, everyone was relieved to take a breath of fresh air. Thank you Olive Garden!"
