They seemed a little unorganized but I was very impressed with Jonathan because he was handling so many customers at once and he was very calm and professional. He also seemed like the only one that was doing his job. I think he deserves a raise and they could also afford to hire someone else to help him. It also took a lot longer for my oil change than expected."

"Got Oil change on 8/5/23 on my 19 f150 3.5, first time having a ford. Decided to use Vic Bailey cause they were closer but that was a mistake. Dropped off for oil change. Got a call about 1.5 hours later it was done. Picked up and drove all the way home to find it leaking a lot of oil on my driveway. Took it back and dropped off again cause of plans and get a call and they cross threaded the filter. Don't know why it wasnt checked before. Well they fixed that and said they cleaned up under the truck and they clearly didn't. Photos attached. If they did clean it then it's still leaking. Hard to tell since I have to clean it. Won't be back."
