"Awesome gym. Really great coaches. They work really hard to make sure everyone knows exactly what they’re doing and have the mechanics correct before adding weight to heavy workouts. All the athletes at the gym help out a ton too and it’s fun competition. Crossfit can be intimidating for newer people like me but the coaches here made it easy and make each movement and workout make sense"
