Explained in detail my shipping options.. he was also very patient.. I was treated the way all should treat one another… But it’s not like that everywhere. So that is how remember my visit there! "Several people in line and we are being ignored while the workers goof off in the back. Adding more after your review. if that was the case, that there is important work in the back, and the customers standing in your lobby cannot get attention since those tasks are priority, then hire more people so all the work can be accomplished. that is your fault as a garbage manager that you are not making sure you have enough workforce to get all the work done."

"I stop by this store more than I should admit due to the sheer number of returns I have to deal with. Most of the employees are very helpful and friendly (there is one who usually has a bit of a sour attitude, but he hasn't been working at the desk the last few times I've been in). I can get in and out quickly most of the time. I make sure to have all of my labels ready, which makes a difference. I'm very thankful to have such an efficient UPS location."
