"I wish it was possible to give a negative star review. The owner of primary Automotive sold me a car that worked for only 3 weeks and then the transmission went out. When I reached out to him about the problem, he did not seem to care at all. I am aware that primary Automotive is not a car lot. Regardless the owner drove the car I purchased for over a month and he still sold me the car. being a mechanic, he HAD TO have known that something was not right with my vehicle. Not only did he screw me over, He has screwed over my children, my fiance, and my whole life. Do not do business with Joe at primary Automotive, he is only in it for himself and the money."

I wanted to know How it worked since I've never Had it done before So after he hung up In my face. I drove to the shop To confront him on how he handle His business. And to ask what was funny Instead of him apologizing And giving me information on The cleaning.. He was embarrassed that I came and confronted him. So of course there was an argument On how he treats a customer And I left . I wouldn't recommend this shop To NO ONE !!!! VERY VERY RUDE I GUESS IT WAS MY SKIN COLOR!"
