Caliber Collision

"Feb 1 in paint dept. Waiting on mudguard. I inform they are aftermarket same date. Feb 5 mudguards ordered (2 day weekend, 2 days wasted) Feb 7 mudguards in, now a broken flare (why did it go to paint with a broken flare?) Has to be painted. Feb 7 truck is painted (again). Feb 13 wrong headlight 3 times. Seems like a lot of confusion and incorrect information provided to me."

"Customer service is great, however the quality of craftsmanship is sorely lacking. I had to bring my vehicle back for two rather large paint runs as well as my logo not installed on my passenger door. They did take care of the runs by buffing them out, however if they know of an issue with a paint booth which is the reason I was given then that issue needs to be corrected prior to utilizing it on a customers vehicle."

Another shout out to Regional Manager Kevin Crane who I had worked with on previous repairs. Kevin was my first contact for this recent repair.
