"Today they reprogrammed the TCM to prevent future failures to my 6I80e Transmission and also did an oil change as I was overdue for one. I have been using this shop and their sister shop advantage for the past 2 years and they do a phenomenal job every time. As a female, I feel like they talk to me as a person and tell me the truth about what is going on with my Truck. (Unlike other shops I have been to that see me as a female and automatically assume I know nothing about trucks and try to scam me out of unnecessary things). "Worst shop in upstate. Only goes by codes and does not visually check transmissions. Does not remove transmission and look with eyes. Only uses code checker devices. Ford F150 left with worse problems than submitted. Never even looked at transmission or removed it. Just went by codes. Worst mechanics in Spartanburg."
