"Worst company. Exactly what the other reviews are saying. Rude, unprofessional, ect. I ordered a 2K+ coffee table and they have had it for over 2 weeks. I scheduled a delivery and they attempted to deliver 2 hours before my scheduled delivery window while I was at work. I rushed home and got there before they said they would be there and no one ever showed up. I waited over 2 hours. I am going to have to file a claim with my CC company because at this rate it seems it will never get delivered"

"I ordered from Living Spaces for the first time. Delivery was slow and was rescheduled last minute to the following week. Reason was not enough trucks. The company was FGO logistics. Don't understand how a logistics company didn't foresee a shortage of trucks. Furthermore, when they delivered the furniture in the cardboard boxes, the delivery men damaged my hardwood floors by flipping, pushing, and dragging the boxes through the floor. I just had the floor refinished. Now, I have a big black scratch spanning 4 boards on my floors in the living room that appears to be permanent. It cannot be washed away without doing further damage. Basically, very unprofessional and careless service. Hope I don't have to deal with them again."

"Trash delivery guys. Just like many of the other folks leaving reviews, they refused to bring my mother's new washer and dryer to her basement unit. They said best buy didn't pay them to lift the appliances overs this little 2 foot gate even though we've had appliances delivered by other 3rd party companies for appliances we ordered from best buy. I offered more money and they just refused because they are lazy and useless. If you don't want to carry and deliver appliances you are in the wrong business you idiots."

"I brought a refrigerator from Best Buy. Those company was contracted to do the delivery. I asked the guy in Best Buy as well as the guys that will be delivering the refrigerator to remove the doors to guarantee it will fit in the house. They came in today to deliver the refrigerator and complained about having to bring it to the second floor, which was stated from the start. The 2 guys delivering the fridge where none stop complaining about they aren't going to bring it in and that the fridge was made for a first floor, not a second floor. Best Buy contracts people who don't want to do their jobs. They just milk Best Buy and don't even do they jobs"

"Wish I could give 0 stars. FGO rescheduled 2 different times and promised "white glove service" to build my bedframe. They came two hours earlier than the scheduled time, damaged property within my home, left the boxes in my bedroom, and walked out with not even an apology. They have not resolved this issue and sent someone to my house today without notifying me, after I built my own bed. I have never received worse customer service in my entire life. DO NOT use this company."
