"We traveled 3.5 hours to have an inverter repaired that was installed by an up-fitter in California to power our onboard refrigerator. The unit stopped working and was causing problems with our lighting and other issues. Pavel was incredibly accommodating and made himself available at our convenience. He dropped everything the moment we arrived and immediately got to work in the pouring rain. This was a fairly complicated electrical issue that required the passenger seat to be removed and then some tricky maneuvering in a very tight space.
