"This was great. It's a brand new shop. Very clean, orderly and efficiently run. This beats having to make an appointment at the dealership just to sit there for two hours waiting on something that takes 15 minutes. They helped me figure out what type of oil would be best for the vehicle, walked me through any issues that they found and did not pressure me at all when I passed on certain recommendations. I told them when I left that I would be back with that same vehicle and also my vehicle when it came time. This is how it should be. You can get an oil change on your lunch break and still have plenty of time to eat. You don't even have to get out of your vehicle. I stayed inside on a work call the entire time. If you like spending your day hanging out at car dealerships, by all means, keep doing that. This, however is where the market should be headed. Great team. Great experience. It's nice to have someone exceed expectations. It doesn't happen very often anymore."

"Everyone was great. And as a woman, especially one who knows absolutely nothing about cars, it was absolutely awesome seeing how many other women was working at this site. Absolutely badass. They all knew what they were doing and it was just really cool seeing so many women working in a predominantly male job. I won't leave the guys out either- the man who took my payment and reset my oil thing on the dash was great as well,he was funny and joked and was just a cool dude. I'll for sure come back to this specific Jiffy Lube. I'd be happy to have any car of mine taken care of by anyone here!"
