"The workers are nice…. When they’re open. I’ve gone there twice in the past week to pick up stuff for the holidays and they have been closed both times. Both times I went at 6 when I got out of work and the hours say they’re open much later than that. Very disappointing :/"

"Very disappointed this trip. Aisles cluttered with boxes, couldnt get to some aisles without walking around. Some not accessable. Never have seen this place in such disarray."
"Very good selection; actually the only place locally to find many crafting things. However, every time I've asked to speak to JoAnn, the employees here tell me she's not in that day. It seems either they won't let you talk to her, or she's on a very very long vacation."
