I waited while the work was done and had a reasonable wait while parts were delivered from local stores. I'm pleased with the service I received and consider their prices reasonable. "Well change of heart on these guys told me a free estimate at first then was trying to charge me, I did end up getting it for initial offer. Sadly 9 hours into having my van and me calling 3 times all calls after 4 granted they close at 5 they claimed the fix the squeaking and did not as well as now I have to put water in my van everyday to have heat some how "my water pump went out " during these 9 hours of looking at my car berg disappointed"
