"I submitted items to be printed the previous morning. Paid for it and received a confirmation number. I walked in just now and there was a young lady working named Erika. She was sending another customer away becauae their printer was down and kept emphasizing that they were closing. When I told her what I was there for, she said that the order hadn’t been completed. I let her know that I had completed it the previous day, already paid for it and I was supposed to just be able to stop by and pick it up. Instead of taking ownership and working to resolve, she said, “if you would have came earlier instead of a few minutes before close, I would have been able to call and get some assistance with fixing the printer, but it is currently down”. UNNACCEPTABLE! This was not my fault. I did what I was supposed to do and gave your store more than 24 hours advance notice of my need. I want my my money back! This isn’t my fault! It should have been done and waiting for me. Now we are SCRAMBLING to get these items printed before our meeting tomorrow at 8am! WORST experience ever! DO NOT GO HERE! I sure as hell WILL NOT ever again! Unprofessional and costing ups to lose money by sending customers away! How do I get my money back?!"

"Always fast service. Very busy but you don't wait long. I'm usually dropping off a return from Amazon and they are quick to scan and give a receipt. Very convenient."

I recently was unable to leave my car for physical reasons, so I called ahead to ask if they could do my Amazon return from my car. They were so accommodating and the manager there is top notch. I think his name is Justin."
