"They will not give you the alignment report if you get an alignment done. Because they report that their printer is down. This is the last place I would take my vehicle for any work ever again. I believe one time they used used parts on my vehicle or third party parts The attached picture is what it looks like after getting an alignment. This is why they claim they're printer is broken. So they can do terrible work but charge you for it"

"Paid this shop to do two things: Inspect the suspension, Change the transmission fluid. They told me all four struts needed replacing at a cost of almost $1400. This was weird because the vehicle is 6 years old and I've noticed no problems. I took it to another mechanic to take a look and they told me nothing needs replacing. They replaced the transmission fluid. I check the level when I got home and they over filled it (which can damage the transmission) I took it back and asked them to fix the level and they said they did but it's still over-full. I also asked what prompted the suspension needing replacement and the mechanic told me it was based on the ride seeming too firm. I paid them to actually inspect the suspension not take it for a ride and make a guess. Beware overcharge and shoddy work."
