"TLDR: The best shop I've ever been to. Techs are honest. This was my second time at Express Oil Change and Tire Engineers. I had gotten a drive through oil change a few weeks ago that only took 5 minutes. No one tried to sell me service I didn't need, no extra fees, nonsense. The tech who worked on my car then diagnosed my oil drip while they were changing the oil, no charge. Today I had a wheel bearing starting to grind and I remembered the great service I got at the drive through oil change side. I called them up around 10am and they told me to bring it in and they could get to it today. No appointment either! I got the call that it was ready at 3pm. The tech was honest and told me that they couldn't hear the grinding. They did an inspection of the suspension system and found no damage or wear and assured me I would be safe to drive it. They didn't even charge me for the inspection! I plan on bringing my car here for all my servicing now. My technician this time was Will."

"This is a very convenient location, which is why I've used it twice, and both times have been incredibly dissapointed. I honestly should have learned after the first time not to come back, but I didn't, so that was my mistake. In December I had a nail in my tire and since it was closer to the edge of the tire it needed to be replaced. I made an appointment to come in the following day and have it replaced, but the wrong tire was sent, and I had to come back the following day, which honestly was a just an inconvenience. In total, I spent about 4 days trying to get a simple thing like a nail fixed in a tire that turned into a huge pain. I went back today due to another nail being in my tire. It was in a spot that could be patched, and I left the tire with them. I got a call about an hour later telling me due to foam being in the tire they were unable to patch it and I needed to replace the tire. I could get the same one I had for $180. I said I'd need to call back after I figured some things out, but was told if I could make it up by 1:00 today it would be able to be fixed today. So instead of calling, since I was out anyways and only about 10 minutes away, I just drove back up and said that I was there to get my tire fixed (I had planned on just replacing it like was recommended) but I was met with "I was hoping you would have called so I could have put it back together". I was confused since when I walked in I said I had come in earlier and was just told it couldb't be patched so I was just going to replace the tire...but I'm glad now that he clearly didn't hear me because they put the tire in my trunk and I drove off to another tire place where I was told it can be patched, and they are working on it right now. My roommate also had the same problem where she brought her tire up to get a patch from a nail and they told her that it couldn't be patched, it needed to be replaced. She went to a different place as well and they ended up being able to patch the tire. I don't know if this is a common thing for them to tell people, but it's dishonest and I think that people need to be made aware that they are either 1. not wanting to do something like patch a tire, or 2. just want more money from the sale of a new tire. I will NOT be going back for any tire help or oil changes in the future, not only because of the dishonesty, but the rudeness I was met with when I walked back in this afternoon."
