"Our family comes in from 4 different states. The Yellow House is a very relaxing place for us to stay together. We can walk to Landrum, eat on the porch or in the dining room together, or sit and relax in the gazebo. We will definitely return!"

"A group of college friends rented the house when we came to Landrum to memorialize our college friend. We were very comfortable during our stay and the house was perfect for us at a really difficult time. It is not only comfortable but clean and beautiful. We spent a lot of time sitting around the kitchen table and in the living room next to the warm fire. We have stayed in a number of other places in the area over the years and this was by far the best location. Elaine and her caretakers are lovely. We highly recommend the Yellow House."

"We stayed in the house October 14 -16 2016 to attend a family wedding in the area. It was awesome! The house was well equipped and very clean. There was plenty of room. We filled the beds and had more family visiting. The outside was great, made for an enjoyable place to entertain. Lots of room in the yard to set up games, and lots of parking space. My only complaint is we did not have more time to enjoy it. The customer service was excellent. Elaine Hobbs was very professional and very accommodating. We had several conversations with questions. She responded quickly and answered everything to my satisfaction."

"We have stayed at The Yellow House about (5) times and we're never disappointed! It has the feel of a well appointed bed and breakfast but you have it all you yourself. We've had up (4) couple staying at one time and there is plenty if space. I highly recommend this place!"

"Wonderful property close to FENCE. Very well appointed and clean. We spent evenings in the gazebo catching up with friends. Landrum, and Tyron, just down the road are lovely. Overall, a great experience."
