"Typical girl, I called and told Mr Ross I needed him to check my car, what I said was, my car shakes bad its nervous are has a tic IDK. I took it in went to work thinking this is gonna be bad and prepared to be floored with the damage and price. Got a call from Mr Ross that it just needs a tune up, new spark plugs, coil pack etc. Apparently, I ran it almost dead before I called for help. He informed me he had time to fix it that day while I was at work! He did just that fixed and had it waiting on me after work. My car runs better than ever and the price did floor me, it was NO where near what I thought it would be!!!! WAY LESS!!!! If you have issues go see him, he knows exactly what he is doing, want over charge you are tell you something's wrong when it's not!!!! Very professional and trustworthy!!! Also they want make fun of you for not knowing how to explain the issue, like it's just nervous lol"
