"I recently discovered a nail in my tire. I went to Goodyear for repairs. I was greeted promptly by Keith (always pleasant and smiling). He asked what I needed and I told him I had a nail in my tire. Keith said he would work me in. He offered me a ride home but I told him I would walk as my home is close by. After a few hours, Keith called and said my car was ready. Again, he offered me a ride! I was thankful for Keith and his team’s quick service and repair work. He told me I actually had two nails. I will be returning as I always know I’m in good hands with Keith and Goodyear!"

"I had scheduled an appointment for new tires to be installed and I knew I was getting close to needing new rear brakes and they confirmed that my pads and rotors were worn. Since I was already there I asked them if they had time to replace them and they said yes and they got me in and out in an hour and a half. Everyone there was super friendly and I enjoyed chatting with the staff. Great experience overall."

"I just waited for 2 hours in the lobby to be told that they couldn't figure how to process my fleet account even though it is national and used all over the country. The manager couldn't/wouldn't help and sent out his counter person to give me the bad news. Big waste of time, do not recommend."

Called Keith and he was very helpful in getting the fifth wheel parked behind their shop so they could get the bad tire off and inspected.
