"They are the best. Moose spent quality time showing me how to use the new bike rack we purchased and Frank and I appreciate the time put in by Moose and Chris so much!!!"
"These guys are truly professionals and figured out what was wrong with my bike quickly and did not overcharge me. I had a terrible experience at Bert’s Bikes on NFB where I was given the runaround for weeks wasting a ton of time and money on unnecessary parts and labor. Brian at Shickluna was able to honestly assess, diagnose, and repair several troubling sounds coming from the bike. It became extremely obvious that the staff at this shop really know what they are doing and the staff at Berts did not. I was astonished by how honest Brian was about what my bike needed (and didn’t) - he never tried to sell me anything at all. Don't waste your time or money going anywhere else for service on your bike."
"For as much crabbing as I do about people these days, I have to give credit where credit is due! I took my bike to Shickluna Bike shop today expecting to get new shifters, new brakes and likely some other work done cuz I got the bike cheap and it was a mess. they certainly could have charged me for all new parts, but a young man there named Chase talk me into a bit of a tune-up, fixed the shifters adjusted the brakes, I did buy a new chain cuz the other one was a little messed up but otherwise that boy got me out of there for $42 which was for the new chain and a bottle of oil, didn't charge me one red Cent for the work that he did when he very well could have charged me three times what the bike is worth. That's a good local company and a great way to do business. Highly recommended!!!"
"Just like a mechanic, if you don't know exactly what problem you want fixed you're gonna get ripped off. I understand they're trying to make their bag, but for those who are new you're better off going to a community workshop that will respect your wallet. Their tune-up should've been called a diagnostic... ended up paying 70 for new grease and advice."
"I haven't ridden a bike in over a decade, but I came here because my husband loves it and seriously, I came out with a great bike and new friends. The bike is comfortable, pretty and cool."
