"I just have to share the details of my most recent experience at Crown Nissan. I am one to always look at reviews before visiting any business. I looked to see which advisor had the best reviews. Miguel had a lot of 5 star reviews and customers had nothing but good things to say about him. Thus I called there asking about for Miguel like I knew him. Lol. I had a leak in my transmission and I needed a transmission flush. He took the time to explain how much it would be. I also have a car warranty that I purchased months ago. Miguel willingly called them to discuss my diagnosis to determine if it was covered up under my plan. He contacted me back immediately. I had dealt with a different advisor previously that after 3 calls and 1.5 weeks, he never contacted me back with an update. Miguel has restored my interest in continuing to have my car serviced at the dealership. I was able to make an appointment online for the services needed which was an easy process. I also was able to receive a discount due to the amount I spent. I was impressed with the service. My car was taken back TIME we got it there. Also, they were able to get the repairs made in a timely manner which was even more impressive! I am talking an hr. to get everything done. I have went to other dealerships before, waiting for hours for work to be completed. Miguel text me and kept me updated during the process. To top all of this off. It’s obvious from the interior of my daughter’s car and everything she has on her key chain that she LOVES pink. He put a pink silicone cover on her keyless remote control key. Miguel gave us exceptional service today which makes having to spend a lot of money for car repairs less painful. Miguel you rock and I will be looking for you each time we have to come there for any service. Thank you!"
"The cars are junk. They sell a warranty that isn't honored so you have to pay to repair the junk cars they sell. Will never buy Nissan, or from this dealership again Can't wait for manufactures to sell direct to consumer so these places don't exist anymore."
