"When you charge a courtesy fee on a positive balance and then that causes the account to go negative so you charge another courtesy fee. Ok but then you only refund one courtesy fee? That’s called stealing. Bad business here that’s for sure."
"Worst customer service I’ve EVER experienced from a bank!!! Unfortunately moving to Albany from NYC and no professional banks in the area, I have an auto loan through them and just totaled my car a week ago in Seattle, tried to pay off the balance at a shared branch in Washington state and the people in NY were no help at all during the whole process! Got cussed out and was told she doesn’t care about my situation before she hung up on me!! Can’t wait to come back to town to see how they are face to face!!"
"I'm pretty happy with CAPCOM, though as a poor person I sometimes feel a little out of place it's so swanky. Tellers are polite and follow instructions, I've had the odd bad experience but overall great service."
