"Admits of making mistake, but not willing to fix it.... really bad. Very annoyed and disappointed especially on Valentines Day. No business in their right mind would do such thing... especially when there are pictures showing the mistakes... P.S. To make matters worse.... they reply to you several days after when the flowers are close to being dead! ..... I doubt they will receive dead flowers and give me full refund considering the flowers was received during Valentines Day... Very astute..... At this point I am not interested in a refund.... I will simply not come back."

"Terrible !!! There are no words to describe how disappointed I am!!!! My husband ordered flowers somethig AMAZING ( by the pictures he saw ) Paid over 170$!!!!! And they sent me something completely different with terrible flowers ( and not fresh) when he called to ask what happened and that he is willing to pay more but... The woman was so nasty and said “ we didn’t have what you ordered so I sent you something I think is really nice” Such a bad costumer service!! Will never order from them again! 02/18/19 *** after I read your respond I can only move on to the next store ( that will give me the service I should get) Unbelievable.... you said “ send me the flowers with Uber “ ( on my expense after you messed up and said “ I didn’t have what I promised to send so I sent something I like “) !!!!! As a business owner I am very sad to see how you treat your clients ! You sure lost one here ."

"Made an order over the phone. (requested a simple arrangement of wild flowers and a mix of orchids). When getting home and seen that came for my wife. I was not one bit pleased, i was not even close to what was explained to me. there was on wonderful basket. but the flowers look like something from the trash and not the money that i was bluntly overcharged."

"Excellent selection and arrangements. However, the staff was very rude and impatient. I came before the holiday of Shavuot and while I was waiting on the line, I saw a bouquet on the table that looked really nice so I went to look at it and I was told to get back on the line immediately. Also, once my order was done, I was asked to leave fast and wasn't offered any help (I was visibly pregnant and my order was pretty heavy). I overall think they're doing a great job, except at being nice."

"They have a lot of beautiful selections here! You're able to hand select different flowers to create your own bouquet/set. The owners/staff are very helpful and funny. Not to mention they are located very close to the 3 train for those who travel with public transportation. I was very pleased with my visit to Mimulo!"
