"Avoid at all costs. I had a container that was being shipped from India to NY a few months ago and had over 300 cartons labeled in India to cut costs on getting them labeled here in the US, which adds up quickly with a full container. They told me one address at the start prior to the container leaving India with one address, and I printed all the labels out with that address because Amazon was supposed to pick them up from there and you're required to have them labeled with the correct address. After the container sailed, they randomly changed the warehouse location out of nowhere (first time something like this has happened). I was forced to pay a relabeling fee close to $200 because Amazon will reject the shipment if the pickup address is incorrect on the labels. I asked for a reimbursement because they sent the container to a different warehouse, and the excuse they gave me was "We weren't aware you labeled them in India, should of done it in NY" and they asked why I labeled them in India...maybe to save $200!!! Same thing as me saying "I wasn't aware you were going to switch warehouse locations on me". Stuff like this doesn't happened often & I understand I am just surprised they couldn't reimburse me $200 or at least offer a future discount considering I was a new client to keep my business...SAD! Avoid these guys, call someone cheaper & someone who doesn't ignore your emails if a small issue comes up. They will most likely have to keep switching locations and/or business names to avoid 1 star reviews if they continue doing business like this.."
