"Worst service my family and I have ever had on a vehicle repair. We certainly wont be going back. We wanted to take our vehicle to another place to have work done because we were unsatisfied with the customer service. When we arrived to pay for the tow Mark kept adding on charges undicsussed. We finally let him fix our van just so we could be all done with his company. At the very end as he was running my card he said something very inappropriate to a woman with children. This place is unprofessional and over priced. Do not go here."

"I cannot give enough praise and recommendation for Mark!! He came to my rescue after my Suburban blew a heater hose and ran hot at the NC/SC state line on my way to Tennessee. I was alone and it was 39 degrees. He arrived in less than 30 minutes and gave me a ride to the Enterprise Rental Car place. He fixed my car while I was on my trip and had it ready for me to pick up on my way back home. AND he didn’t charge me an arm and a leg to do it. Very fair prices and courteous service.
