"Came to this shop to get my wedding ring and the band resized. Gaby gave me a very fair quote for the task and said he could get it done within 5 business days. So I agreed. He began by properly sizing my finger and explained the process required for each ring before proceeding to remove my center stone for me to hold on to. I left my deposit via Zelle, with my 2 carat stone safely enveloped/bagged in my purse, expecting to return the following week. I was pleasantly surprised when Gaby called me the next day and had my rings ready! It took only a few minutes to pick up my rings and get the center stone put back in. They fit perfectly and looked brand new again! Initially, I came based on reviews but based on my experience I will come back with any of my jewelry/watch repair needs. Gaby is kind, prompt, and a true professional. I highly recommend Bella jewelry and watch repair!"
