"Absolutely the worst shipping company I have experience. I was supposed to have a packaged delivered & set up before Christmas 2021.. each time they reschedule, they end up rescheduling it again!! It is now February and they have just pushed the delivery & set up date back again!!! The funny thing is, they have a warehouse company 20 minutes down the road from my house, and each date I was supposed to recieve the package, there was a delivery xpo truck in the area!! Not to mention their customer service reps all have thick accents that are hard to understand."
