"He really deserves ZERO STARS! The proprietor of this establishment is a fool who never heard the expression " the customer is always right" I visited his store just the other day to get my Timex IRONMAN digital watch battery replaced, due to the fact that although it still displayed the time, the battery was weakening and I could no longer view the time at night with the "Indiglo" feature. When I entered his store, he had other customers he was dealing with, and could not do the work(a maybe 10-minute process) and told me to leave it for pick-up the next day. Fair Enough! So I left it. I expected a call the next day, which never came. The following day, I visited the store, and I was told by this guy that He did not change the battery, because, in his opinion " it didn't need to be changed" Imagine that!! I left it with him for 2 days, and I made it clear when dropped off, the light was no longer strong enough. This arrogant guy didn't want to spend the time on a small job when he saw more profit in working on $300-$500 watches. But He told me to leave it to be done later !! He made me waste 2 days for service I never got! He then became agitated when I told him that he had given me lousy service, and had no respect for his customers. He ended up aggressively chasing out of the store! IMAGINE THAT!! He really only cares about the SEIKO and BULOVA owners, not those of us who can't afford such watches."

"Went to him to get a police shield pendant made and was told he would get back to me with the information. I sent him two additional emails and got no response. Went to the store and was given excuses why he didn't get back to me because no one saw the emails. Wanted me to wait another week to get me information. Totally a waste of time. Staff didn't even want to be bothered. Will never go there again. Gave one star because nothing can be given lower."

"I haven’t bought anything here yet, but I will definitely be back. The prices at this store are comparable to Etsy prices (the bargain prices), with the benefit of seeing the items in person. Plus, it’s great to support a local business. Nice rose gold jewelry, which is hard to find in neighborhood jewelry stores. Friendly service, too. He really tries to work with his customers on pricing."

"I got my wedding band here. The staff and owner were very helpful, going the extra mile to get me a discount and engraving. I got my ring with engraving within 3 days, and it was of higher quality and less expensive than the big jewelry stores."
