"I went to this place due to the high ratings. I needed a ring to be resized down. Rafael quoted me 150 because he would be adding gold balls and said gold is more expensive. When the ring was finished, the ring was too small and he removed the gold balls (which he kept). I asked for a partial refund since resizing down is typically about $30-$50 not $150. Rafael claimed he paid for the gold balls and that it was his and he will not give partial refund. I should mention I'm a young woman and he probably thought he could hustle me. He did a poor job on the ring and wouldn't give me the money for the Xtra gold balls that he ended up keeping. I attached photos of the indents he made on the ringand didn't bother to buff out. I recommend going to a different place."
