But thanks to Libby at Four Seasons being by our side for 12 hours one day and a couple hour the next everything got fixed and we had an amazing family trip. "I was under the impression that I no longer needed a travel agent since I can book everything online myself. Wow, was I WRONG!! My consultant Becky is absolutely FANTASTIC ... she asked lots of questions about the kind of vacation my husband and I were looking for, and made suggestions of award winning resorts that fit our criteria. The combined cost for our airfare and resort stay is lower than I could have gotten on my own. And Becky didn't stop there ... she's gone above and beyond, not only finding descriptions of the excursions offered by the resort, but also contacting them to reserve the trips we were interested in on the specific days we wanted to go. Additionally, I wanted to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary at the resort by having a Vow Renewal Ceremony on the beach. Becky researched this and reached out to the resort to find out how much the ceremony would cost, what was included. Becky also reserved the day/time I asked for. Becky is still helping me with the ceremony's "finishing touches", such as finding out if the included candlelight dinner on the beach can take place right after the ceremony, and if the resort can offer a discounted price for a smaller photography package than offered. And Becky did all of this SO quickly ... she is INCREDIBLY responsive and was extremely patient with my myriad of emailed questions. Becky accomplished all of the above in THREE DAYS!! It would have taken me WEEKS to go back and forth with the resort to get my questions answered and reservations made, and with the language difference I wouldn't feel nearly as confident that everything was being reserved correctly. Becky, on the other hand, is SO on top of things that I am 100% confident everything will be go smoothly. It's wonderful to have ONE person to talk to who knows this business a lot better than I do. I will NEVER again think that I don't "need" a travel agent ... Becky is worth her weight it GOLD!!! THANK YOU, Becky!!!"
