"The associates are not as friendly and helpful as a customer could expect. When you enter into the store nobody say hi or how may I help you, you have to go and ask. They don't matter if you spend $60 or $500... They ask you do you want a box,? do you need a gift bag?....ehhh if you are buying a jewelry gift, I think you want, right? And let me tell you I had the same experience at all the Pandora stores where I went. So sad."
