"My fiance and I weren't having any luck with our Covid PCR Test appointment that was set up with Quest Diagnostics. We wanted to move the appointment a day earlier, and did so through their website (Quest) as advised, and also got an email confirmation saying so. Show up for the appointment as confirmed and the Walmart Pharmacist (didn't catch her name), informed me the appointment(s) were still showing for tomorrow. So, we then make all the right phone calls and between multiple calls with Quest and PWN Health, no one had any record of our information, which was extremely frustrating. So I went back inside Walmart to try to get any type of help and the Pharmacist that was trying to help was able to miraculously get us the help and get the test done that same day! She couldn't have been more helpful and we've already received the results and everything worked out PERFECTLY!!!! If anyone sees this and remembers the situation yesterday (7/22/21), please inform me of her name so I can find a way to reward her efforts!!!"

"My doctor sends scripts to them and they are not able to find them in the system so I can't get my medicine. I had my script filled for my birth control and one associate tells me they will have it next day(Saturday).i go to pick up my script on Saturday and they tell me it's not going to be ready until the following Monday. I guess I will just change my pharmacy."
