"They wanted to charge me $8.80 to cash a check drawn on heir bank. F M&T and their greed! I will never do business wih them. This is after wating in line for 10 minutes because only one teller was working. Update why would I waste time contacting M&T. I have cut my losses and informed all my customers that effective immediately I will no longer accept checks from the greedy bank M&T. Again F M&T bank and their greed. I will keep using a credit union and not greedy banks."

"Terrible. Can never be reached over the phone. Dispute filed 1/12/22. Have letter that's says it's credited. Not credited as of 1/31/22. Locked card, and they still let a transaction go through. Next step is Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. Even reached out to CEO. Non communicado. Pathetic. Update. So it looks like things are going in the right direction. Part of the issue is solved. I appreciate that. We will see."

"Moving on to another bank. Tried to work with them at this location getting a Mortgage. No dice. The employee who deals with Houses is only there Tuesdays/Thursdays and wouldn't return my calls/emails. I work 15hr days Mon-Thurs, did not want to work with me around my schedule or set something up. Not a problem."
