"Mr. James does excellent work. Please stop by and check them out. The service is great and quality of work is exceptional and well worth the price. However it's been 7 months and the stone has started fading. The quality of the gold is good but not the stone."
"Bought a 14k Gold nose ring and the staff was really helpful and had a wide variety of the type of jewelry I wanted. Whenever I’m in town I will definitely be coming back!"
"Reliable and honest! Took my wedding band here to have it resized/re-make. I appreciated James honestly and went with his recommendation and resized the band instead. It was professionally done and his pricing was fair. I will be shopping and using James jewelry for all my future jewelry repairs and purchases. Thank you James Jewelry!!"
"It's late and it's not good that I am writing this. I hope that they can either refund some of my money or fix the issues. The gold is good quality but the design of the jewelry closures are not. I had a bracelet made last year with a pair of earrings from gold I had for years. They did what I asked but the same day I left with the bracelet which I did not specify what closure I wanted, it fell off my hand as I was showing it to my dad. I called them the very next day and asked it to be changed. They did not do that but instead tightened the clasp. From November of last year till now that bracelet fell off my wrist multiple times. One of the times it fell it was in my uncle and aunts car and I was lucky to get it back. I had to take it off to avoid loosing it altogether. Theny mom loved the place and spent hundreds of dollars getting all her daughters jewelry from them. It is not cheap as I went with them and know the prices. I know my mom spent over 100 dollars for the anklet she got me from them and low and behold the clasp was also a problem. I am upset right now because today I didn't notice that it fell off my ankle and now my mother's money went down the drain for nothing..didn't even last a year. The earrings she got me which was also from this store I wore once because the backing fell out in one ear and I never found it and I knew that nothing would work because the part that goes through the ear is so thin, any backing would just fall off. Another 100 plus down the drain. I will be trying to go on Saturday and see if they can change my clasp on both bracelets I paid money for and find a solution for the earrings my mom wasted money getting. Since it was a surprise I wasn't able to warn her NOT to get those earrings because I immediately saw the issue with them and I was right. Only one day and already they fell out my ears. This isn't costume jewelry and myself and my mother aren't rich. We work hard for our stuff and I'm disappointed that this wasn't thought out better to avoid this. I can't even sleep right now over the loss of what she saved or used her cc for to ger me this Christmas gift after not being able to do something like that due to finances for years. The picture on my wrist shows the same clasp that my anklet was made of and the same chain style and that wasn't a good one either now it's gone somewhere on the street."
