"1 star for sure. Ive been on the "waiting list" for a Rolex oyster perpetual for over 2 years and no call. Every time I call to see if it came in, they offer me a different brand. 2 months ago, i visited the Rolex boutique store in Manhattan which I think is owned by the Rolex themselves, and they called me the other day to come n pick up the watch I ordered. Avoid this place, especially the tall goofy looking one named "Greg". He needs to learn people skills."
