If you had even purchased the earrings two months ago, we would have happily exchange them. If you had called and said that you could not put the screw on the earring but were unable to return them in a timely manner, we would have worked with you. Being a very small independant business, I do not think that after 10 months, it is unreasonable to not take the earrings back. I am sorry you are unhappy with this outcome."

"I had a terrible experience at Little Stevie’s! I recently purchased a pair of screw back earrings there. I had not worn them. When I tried them on at home it was impossible to screw the back on! Therefore, we took them back to the store to exchange them for another pair of earrings. They said that we would not be able to return the earrings because there was a one month policy. My mom and I had no idea that when you buy earrings from there store that there was this type of policy. No one ever told us about it. My mom and I will never come back here again.
