"If there was 0 stars I would give that because the charges for using credit card are not disclosed and egregious. When I pointed out that no one mentioned a fee for using the credit card the manager should have acknowledged he oversight as she herself knew it to be true. Instead she cited inaccurate facts about credit card fees she pays as a merchant. It’s a shame they don’t want to progress to the 21st century and learn more about digital payments or paying by card."

"It was our anniversary and so I decided to order my wife flowers to home while I was working. I wanted the florist's design with a budget so I tried a nearby florist, however, they straight out told me to just to pick something on the website so I hung up. I Google another nearby and Ultima came up and I decided to give it a try. I spoke with Juan who was very professional and attentive. I gave him a budget and some flowers I wanted and he explained to me what he had in season or not. I left him with the design and my wife received it in a few hours. We both agree that it was the best bouquet we've ever received from a florist. We will be returning!"
