"I am a Rochester native and I have relocated to Atlanta. I was in need of the perfect " I'm Sorry " gift for my dear friend. I had requested his treat to be delivered to his job. Upon ordering online I had asked if the delivery could be made before 4 pm and the girl on the phone said she couldn't promise but the possibility was likely. Little did I know the gift recipient was leaving work at 2pm...I got a call from the individual who delivered the arrangement right before 2pm almost on the dot. I am very pleased with the service even from miles away that edible arrangements was able to provide for me. "My order was ready to go when I got to the store in Victor. The Store Manager was so nice. I told the her how disappointed I was to hear Victor was closing. It's a 45 minute drive just to get here. Now we have to go back to picking up from Monroe Ave. Which is over an hour due to traffic! The Manager at Victor was so friendly and cheery while we talked. I'm gonna miss talking with her. My order was perfect! She even put a "pumpkin" apple in for my inconvenience. Due to having to come hours earlier than I had originally scheduled my pick up time for. My order was the last order to ever be picked up from Victor! :( I wish you would keep Victor open! We have Christmas orders scheduled. Which now we will be driving way out of our way to pick them up. Especially since it'll be snowing. We buy these Arrangements to give to our family at ESL and Allstate. They deserve a thank you gift.
