"DONT GO HERE. Okay so I purchased an engagement ring through here about a month ago. The experience was relatively pleasant, kind courteous. Now here's the problem I brought the ring back 3 business days late from the return date. The workers were very unpleasant and downright disrespectful. They knocked a large portion of money off the money I paid for the ring. I feel I was robbed. The rings have a warranty that if you bring it to the store for repairs .. for life. Except when you return it? So the ring loses value?... ??? Very disrespectful. Extremely condescending. I am appalled by my treatment. I can not believe I purchased something there. Go literally anywhere else you will be treated better. I promise. If I could give 0 stars I would. Best of luck with your business. Treat people with more respect."
